ABOUTA North Queenslander who grew up in Townsville, Gavin studied at James Cook University and the University of Queensland (graduating with degrees in Arts and Law from UQ) before undertaking Articles of Clerkship at Roberts & Kane Solicitors in Brisbane. He later became a partner of that general practice.
Prior going to the Bar in 2007, his career included acting for the Queensland Nurses’ Union in several significant matters including the Bundaberg Hospital Commissions of Inquiry. Gavin has assisted clients in:
